I am not a full-time consultant and I do not take on volume work. I accept outside engagements only when the problem is interesting and the fit is real. I typically focus on these areas:

For founders and operators making a hard call on tech, ops, or commercial strategy. You talk, I push back, we pressure-test the decision before real money moves. Typically a handful of sessions over a few weeks.

Hands-on work building the internal AI tools that actually move a number: support triage, ops automation, revenue intelligence. Not another pilot deck. I prototype, you decide what’s worth scaling.

End-to-end guidance on standing up or rebuilding a commerce and fulfillment stack. Platform selection, systems integration, and the unglamorous middle layer where most projects fail. Drawn from operating my own ecommerce businesses and running commercial ops at scale.
