I’m VP of Commercial Operations at Top Hat, where I lead the teams that bridge a digital product with the physical world: print and digital fulfillment, revenue systems, support operations, and the logistics that make a SaaS business actually deliver. Before that, I built and ran retail, ecommerce, and wholesale companies of my own.

I’m a builder first. I ship working tools — lately, a lot of them powered by AI — and I iterate in public instead of in slide decks. If that’s the shape of problem you’re working on, we’ll probably get along.

How to work together

I’m not a full-time consultant and I don’t take on volume work. When I take on an outside engagement, it’s because the problem is interesting and the fit is real. These are the shapes that usually make sense.

For founders and operators making a hard call on tech, ops, or commercial strategy. You talk, I push back, we pressure-test the decision before real money moves. Typically a handful of sessions over a few weeks.

AI + operations prototyping

Hands-on work building the internal AI tools that actually move a number — support triage, ops automation, revenue intelligence — not another pilot deck. I prototype, you decide what’s worth scaling.
